The judge ordered him taken into custody at his court hearing on December 15th, ruling that he broke the terms of his bond. On Wednesday, he was granted some reprieved when he was released from behind bars on house arrest where he will be for the next two months as he awaits trial. The rapper was arrested last week Friday and slapped with 15 new felony charges related to witness tampering, and just this week alone 8 new charges were filed against him. The South Florida rapper is also barred from making any contacts with his victims or any witnesses in the case. Prosecutors say he contacted his ex-girlfriend, the same female he is accused of kidnapping and beating, and coerce her to drop the charges against him. It’s unclear if he will be allowed to travel for touring. He also again contacted her while he was in jail and those conversations were recorded and lead to some new charges.
